Position Overview: As a 5th Grade Teacher at Allegiant Prep, you will prepare students for the transition to middle school by reinforcing academic foundations and fostering critical thinking skills. You will guide students through more advanced subjects and independent learning strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lessons that prepare students for higher education levels.
• Foster an environment that encourages students to understand their own learning processes and to develop self-discipline.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain continuity and support throughout the student’s education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
• Appropriate teaching certification.
